What to send us
The more complete the information, the sooner we can judge the structure, the measurements, crating, shipping and installation.
- Opening width and height, and the finished floor level
- Photos of the opening from the front and the sides, the wall and the access route
- Single, unequal double, double or another opening
- The style of the building, colours and the finish you like
- Glass, a vent or a smart lock, if any
- Project country and city, and when you need the doors
- Your budget range and the parts of the specification that matter most
How export orders work
- We supply trade buyers: dealers and showrooms, architects, contractors, developers and trading companies, and can build under your own brand (OEM).
- Your side measures the opening; we check the measurements and drawings with you. Production starts when you approve the production drawing and pay the deposit.
- Production takes 35 to 45 days after drawing approval and deposit. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.
- Doors are crated for export at the factory and supplied EXW (our factory in Wuyi) or FOB (a Chinese port). You or your forwarder handle shipping, customs and local delivery.
- Your local installers fit the doors from our installation drawings, with remote guidance from the factory. We do not send installation crews abroad.
- The warranty runs for two years from shipment.
- Check that quotes, the receiving bank account and the contract all name Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd., and write sizes, finish, structure, hardware, glass, lead time and responsibilities into the order.
