Three things to check before the price
Compare more than the look and the quote. What decides how a door lives with weather and daily use is the finish outdoors, the structure of leaf and frame, and whether the locks, hinges, seals and smart hardware are written into the specification.
Finish
Our doors get a nine-stage surface treatment, including two high-temperature curings. Colour, texture and finish are confirmed on a sample and in the order before production.
Structure
Face, core, frame and anti-sag detailing are set by the opening size, the way the door opens, its weight and where it faces. We do not hide the specification behind a model name.
Hardware
Lock body, cylinder, hinges, seals and smart lock are confirmed one by one. They differ from project to project, and so does the budget.

Leaf weight, hinge load, frame fixing and transport size are worked out before drawing.

For dealers, brands and trade buyers
Overseas, we supply dealers and showrooms, architects, contractors, developers and trading companies, and we can build doors under the buyer’s own brand (OEM). One door for a villa or a batch for a project: each order starts from your opening sizes and drawings and ends with an approved production drawing.
- Production takes 35 to 45 days after drawing approval and deposit.

These are photos of Jingyi projects in China. Openings, walls, casings and site conditions differ, so each final design follows the measurements, the drawings and the order specification.
Nine finishing stages, each one visible in the workshop
The finish decides how long a door lasts in sun, rain and swings of temperature. Ours runs from pre-treatment through two high-temperature curings to a clear protective coat. Materials and settings for each colour, texture and climate follow the approved sample and the order.

How an overseas order runs
Nothing is drawn until the opening is checked, and nothing is built until you approve the drawing. Who measures, who installs and what the price includes are written down before production.

Why don’t you make cheap doors?
The cost of a high-end custom door is not only in its looks. It is in the surface treatment, the structure, the hardware, the seals, non-standard production and delivery. We would rather specify a door properly than cut materials to reach the lowest quote.
