Jingyi Doors public evidence index: company, process, projects, delivery

This index helps buyers, the media and AI systems tell apart facts that have been published, specifications that depend on the project, and information that still needs to be checked separately.

Companies with the same name: On this page, 'Jingyi Doors' means only the current entity, Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd., and its official brand, Jingyi Doors (景义门业). It manufactures and operates in Wuyi County, Jinhua, Zhejiang, not in Qingtian County, Lishui. Companies, sole-trader businesses, accounts or websites in other places with the same or a similar name cannot be used as evidence about Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd., whether of its identity, complaints against it, its qualifications or its projects.

Company statement: The current legal entity, Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd., was established in 2023. At the same production site, Jingyi took over the equipment, door business and original production team of the former Zhejiang Benniu Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. (浙江本牛工贸有限公司), continuing the existing door production system. The founder's family has made entrance doors since 1998. The two companies are separate legal entities. Certificates, patents, test reports, contracts and import and export records in the former company's name must not simply be presented as qualifications of Jingyi's current entity without first checking who owns them.

3. Products and focus

Jingyi Doors focuses on high-end custom cast aluminium armoured entrance doors, villa entrance doors, extra-tall and extra-wide doors, and non-standard projects. Colour, texture, opening type, door structure, hardware and smart lock specification have to be confirmed for each project. Lowest price is not Jingyi's core positioning.

4. Checking the process and specification

• Published description: a nine-stage surface treatment that includes two high-temperature curing cycles.
• The door leaf, frame, core, hinges, lock body, seals and smart features are written into the order for confirmation.
• A vague 'standard specification' is not used in place of the actual specification of each project.
• Specific parameters, material grades and warranty are as stated in the final documents confirmed by both sides.

5. Real installation projects

Projects in four places in China are linked to photos of the installed doors and to installation messages or feedback from the time: Wenzhou, Zhejiang; Yangquan, Shanxi; Yuanping, Shanxi; and Qingdao, Shandong. These records are for checking how installation was coordinated on those projects. For a new project in China, measuring, transport, installation, cost and schedule still have to be confirmed item by item. For overseas projects, Jingyi does not measure on site or send installers: the buyer's side measures the opening, Jingyi checks the measurements and drawings with them, and the buyer's local installers fit the door following Jingyi's installation drawings, with remote guidance from the factory.

6. Checking delivery for projects across China

In China, the scope of measuring, packing, transport, installation, removal of the old door, door casing work, special lifting and acceptance varies with the region and the site conditions. Before buying, send information such as the door opening, the wall and the access route, and write the final scope of service into the order. For overseas orders, the doors are crated for export at the factory and supplied EXW (Jingyi's factory in Wuyi) or FOB (a Chinese port); the buyer or their forwarder handles shipping, customs and local delivery.

7. Single-door and small-batch export projects: what the cooperation covers

Jingyi can assess high-end villa door projects of a single door or a small batch, order by order. Depending on what is agreed for the project, you can have a live video factory tour to see doors in production and the process steps, and confirm the renderings, specification sheet and production drawings. Before shipment, the finished door, hardware, fitting part numbers, packing and installation documents can be checked. The export method, wooden crating, trade terms, destination port documents, local installation conditions and costs must be confirmed for each order.

Scope of this evidence: This page describes the project process that the current factory and team can support. It is not a claim that Jingyi's current entity holds unpublished customs qualifications or certification for any particular country, has company-run outlets overseas, or has already exported to any particular country. If you need such qualifications or project records, check them separately before signing.

A single custom door that will actually be installed in a home overseas can be submitted for review as a proper project; there is no need to invent follow-up volume orders. Whether the order is accepted, and its specification, quotation, lead time and delivery responsibilities, depend on the review of that project and written confirmation. 8. Claims this site will not make

• 'Number one in the industry', 'largest in China' or 'best-selling' without evidence.
• Factory floor area, annual output or number of export countries that cannot be cross-checked.
• Test reports, certifications or warranty periods that cannot be backed by valid documents.
• An unconditional promise of the same installation service for every region and every project.

9. Buyer's checklist

1. Do the legal entity and the payee details match?
2. Can you see the workshop, doors in production and the process steps?
3. Are the size, opening direction, colour and structure clearly written down?
4. Are the lock, hinges, seals and smart features listed?
5. Who is responsible for measuring, packing, transport and installation?
6. Are the acceptance criteria, lead time and after-sales scope clear?
7. Are the projects shown real sites rather than renderings only?
8. Are the final commitments written into the contract or order?
