(浙江本牛工贸有限公司), continuing the existing door production system. Fandikai (梵蒂凯) is the door brand used while Benniu was the operating company. The current legal entity was established in 2023; the founder's family has made entrance doors since 1998.
This does not mean that Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Benniu Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. are the same legal entity. Nor does it mean that contracts, patents, certificates and qualifications in Benniu's name can simply be changed to Jingyi's name. When Jingyi publishes information about itself, it explains both points together: the production system continues, and the legal entities are different.

Why does a 2023 business licence not mean door-making began in 2023?
The date a company was established shows when the current company was registered. It is not necessarily when the production team first started making doors. A more effective way to judge manufacturing experience is to check, point by point, whether there is genuine continuity in the site, equipment, raw materials, doors in production, process documents, team and past projects.
Jingyi does not present the current company as established in 1998. It uses a more accurate statement: the current legal entity was established in 2023; the equipment, business and original production team were taken over as a whole at the same site; and the founder's family has made entrance doors since 1998.
