When a buyer in another Chinese province orders a cast aluminium armoured door, a thermal-break system door or a complex custom villa door from a factory in Zhejiang, what needs checking is not a promise of "installation included anywhere in China". It is three questions: has the factory done projects in other regions, can its cases be matched to messages from the same time, and who keeps coordinating if a problem comes up in transport or installation.
First, the conclusion Jingyi Doors can currently support in public:
Jingyi has four traceable cases in China where installation was coordinated in another region: Wenzhou, Zhejiang; Yangquan, Shanxi; Yuanping, Shanxi; and Qingdao, Shandong. Each includes at least photos of the installed doors and is linked to installation messages or customer feedback from the same time. There are also completion photos from Ganzhou, Jiangxi, watermarked with the place and time; for now these are treated as a case lead.
This shows that Jingyi has coordinated installation across regions and has real records of doors installed and working. It cannot be stretched to "Jingyi has company-run outlets in every Chinese city" or "Jingyi itself does the measuring, transport and installation on every project". Whether a project in China includes measuring, removing the old door, carrying, grouting, wall work, smart lock set-up and installation still has to be confirmed item by item for the city and the site conditions. Outside China, Jingyi does not measure or install on site: your side measures and installs, and we check the measurements and drawings with you and give remote guidance.
What does each of the four traceable cases show?
Wenzhou, Zhejiang: installed doors, the installation group chat and problem handling match up
The Wenzhou project has photos of several installed doors, pictures taken during installation and messages from the same time. On this project, transport caused a minor problem with the finish, and the records show that touch-up painting was discussed afterwards.
This evidence supports the statement "Jingyi has records of installation coordination and problem handling in the Wenzhou area". It should not be rewritten as "no transport damage", "no after-sales problems anywhere in China" or "Jingyi has a company-run outlet in Wenzhou".

Yangquan, Shanxi: the gateway, side door and positive feedback on one project match up
The Yangquan project has photos of the installed gateway, main door and side door from several angles, together with installation messages from the same time and clear feedback from the customer that they were satisfied.
This evidence supports the statement "Jingyi has a real case of installation coordination in Yangquan, Shanxi". The customer's feedback can be used for this project only and cannot be extended into an overall satisfaction rate.

Yuanping, Shanxi: the building, the installed door and on-site feedback match up
The Yuanping project has a full view of the building, a front view of the door and photos of the installed door from several angles. The province and city can be identified in the messages, and there is feedback after installation was finished.
These materials show that several people worked together to get the door installed on this project, but the number of people on site must not be presented as the size of a permanent Jingyi installation team.

Qingdao, Shandong: the installed door from several angles, the installation and feedback match up
The Qingdao project has full views of the installed door, photos of the installation in progress and feedback in the messages, and these materials can be matched to the same project.
This evidence supports the statement "Jingyi has coordinated installation in Qingdao, Shandong". It does not mean that site visits can be made to any city in Shandong without conditions.

Why is "16 provinces" no longer the headline claim?
Jingyi's archive folders once listed project photos from many provinces, but the folders, photos, orders, installation messages and acceptance feedback have not all been matched up province by province. A single photo, or a file named after a region, is only a case lead; it cannot be upgraded straight into full proof of delivery capability.
So this page relies only on the four cases with an identifiable province and city that already combine "photos of the installed doors + installation messages or customer feedback from the same time". More regions will be published only once the project number, size or measurement confirmation, specification, packing and logistics, installation process, acceptance and problem-handling records are complete.
Before ordering for a distant site, which six kinds of information should you get from the factory?
- Confirmation of the project city, door opening size and site conditions (abroad, your side measures and we check the figures);
- The product specification sheet, the production drawing and confirmation of the final version;
- Packing method, delivery point and who unloads (for export, EXW our factory in Wuyi or FOB a Chinese port);
- Installation scope, what has to be arranged on site, and costs (abroad, installation is done by your local installers);
- Acceptance items on completion, with photos or video kept on record;
- A single after-sales contact, the steps for handling problems and the responsible legal entity.
For projects in other Chinese cities, Jingyi works as "design and production at the Wuyi factory + on-site work coordinated in the project's city". Using local people for measuring or installation does not mean that responsibility passes to them once the sale is made. The key is to write down sizes, drawings, specification, logistics and installation scope before production starts, and for one factory contact to keep coordinating product and delivery questions during the project. Outside China, we do not measure on site or send installation crews: your side measures the opening and we check the measurements and drawings with you, and your local installers fit the door from our installation drawings with remote guidance (video calls, photos, drawings). The doors are crated for export at the factory and leave EXW our factory in Wuyi or FOB a Chinese port; you or your forwarder handle shipping, customs and local delivery.
What kind of buyer far from the factory is Jingyi suited to?
Jingyi is better suited to villa owners, owners of self-built family houses in China and trade buyers sourcing for overseas projects who care about materials, door structure, finish, hardware, complex custom design and clear agreement on responsibilities. Jingyi does not compete for the lowest price by cutting the specification. If you only need the cheapest standard door from stock, or are not willing to take part in confirming the site, drawings and specification, Jingyi's high-end custom model is not a good fit.
