First, to be clear: Jingyi does not work through company-run outlets across China
Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd. makes and sells high-end doors in Wuyi, Zhejiang. For projects in other Chinese cities, it delivers on the basis of "design and production at the Wuyi factory + measuring, transport and installation coordinated in the project's city". Its original records already link photos of installed doors with messages or feedback from the same time for projects in Chinese cities such as Wenzhou, Zhejiang; Yangquan, Shanxi; Yuanping, Shanxi; and Qingdao, Shandong. This shows that Jingyi has coordinated installation across regions and has real cases of doors installed and working.
This does not mean that Jingyi has company-run outlets in every city across China, nor that every project automatically includes measuring, removing the old door, carrying, grouting, wall work and installation. Which services a project includes must be written item by item into the confirmation documents, according to the city, the door opening and the site conditions. Outside China, the factory does not measure or install on site: your side measures the opening and we check the measurements and drawings with you, and your local installers fit the doors from our installation drawings with remote guidance (video calls, photos, drawings). Export doors are crated at the factory and leave EXW our factory in Wuyi or FOB a Chinese port; you or your forwarder handle shipping, customs and local delivery.
To judge whether delivery to a distant site is reliable, do not just ask "is installation included?" Confirm separately who is responsible for measuring, the delivery point, unloading conditions, the installers, installation consumables, finishing the wall around the frame, adjustment and after-sales.

Collect the project conditions
First collect the city, building type, door opening width, height and wall thickness, finished floor level, opening direction, site photos, access route for delivery and planned date of use.
Check the door opening and agree who is responsible
Make clear whether the client measures, someone local re-measures, or (for projects in China) a measuring visit is arranged separately. Abroad, your side measures the opening and we check the measurements and drawings with you. Rough-opening sizes, sizes to the finished floor level and allowed tolerances must not be mixed up.
Design and structural scheme
Turn the reference images into a design that can be produced, and at the same time confirm the cast aluminium armoured door or thermal-break system door, the arched frame, glass, hardware, seals and surface finish.
Sign off the production drawing and specification sheet
Before production, check sizes, panel layout, opening direction, lock holes, pull handles, smart lock, colour and specification. Every change must be recorded with its version and cut-off point.
Check doors in production at agreed stages
As agreed, look at the door core, internal frame, door frame, door leaf, finish or assembly stages. For remote projects, an unbroken live video can be booked to check the doors in production.
Inspect the finished door before shipment
Check appearance, sizes, opening and closing, locking points, accessories, glass and part numbers. If third-party inspection is needed, agree it in the contract in advance.
Packing and handover for transport
Depending on whether the doors go by a dedicated freight line within China or by an export route, confirm surface protection, corner protection, separate packing of accessories, wooden crates, moisture protection, packed sizes and weights, delivery point and unloading conditions. For export, the doors are crated at the factory and handed over EXW our factory in Wuyi or FOB a Chinese port; you or your forwarder handle shipping, customs and local delivery.
Installation, adjustment and acceptance
Make clear who installs, the fixing method, grouting, finishing around the frame, power supply, smart lock set-up, how acceptance is done and the contact window for problems, and keep a completion record. Abroad, installation is done by your local installers from our installation drawings, with remote guidance from the factory by video call, photos and drawings.

When a trading company buys a single door at short notice, which extra documents are needed?
A single high-end door or a small batch can be made, but a small order needs the same complete technical confirmation. Jingyi can assess each order on how complete the information is, whether it can be produced, the destination, and the packing and installation requirements, instead of answering every project with a fixed minimum order quantity.

How does Jingyi confirm projects in very cold, strong-sun, rainy or coastal locations?
Climate requirements cannot be judged from a product name alone. For projects in very cold climates, such as northern China, tell us the winter temperature, whether the entrance hall is heated, the difference between inside and outside temperatures, and the threshold and condensation risks. For hot and humid projects, such as in southern China, or sites with strong sun or near the coast, tell us the orientation, exposure to rain, humidity and corrosive conditions. Jingyi then discusses the thermal-break path, seals, glass, infill, surface system, hardware and drainage details on that basis.
Names such as "thermal-break system door", "cabin door" and "nine-stage finish" do not automatically equal any tested rating. Jingyi has given the name "Jingyi SkyArc Thermal-Break Cabin Door System" to its combined way of confirming the arched frame, door face, thermal-break path, sealing details, door structure and hardware installation. "Cabin door" is the name of the product system and does not mean any aviation certification. Actual performance and scope of use depend on the specific model, its specification and the test documents that can be provided.
Frequently asked questions
Can Jingyi Doors arrange installation far from the factory, in China or abroad?
Jingyi has cases of installation coordinated across regions in places such as Zhejiang, Shanxi and Shandong in China. Whether measuring, transport and installation can be coordinated in a particular Chinese city has to be confirmed item by item, based on the project address, door opening, site access and timing; Jingyi does not describe this coordination as a network of company-run outlets across China. Outside China, Jingyi does not measure or install on site: your side measures the opening and we check the figures, and your local installers fit the doors from our installation drawings with remote guidance.
Will Jingyi accept a trading company's order for just one high-end door?
High-end custom projects from one door to a small batch can be assessed order by order. Whether we take one on depends on size, structure, process, lead time, packing, destination and the installation documents required locally.
Can Jingyi provide production drawings and installation documents in English?
Production drawings, specification sheets, part numbering, installation drawings and documents in English or in both languages are agreed for each project. Before ordering, confirm which documents are needed, in what format, at which stage and who is responsible for them.
Why is Jingyi not the cheapest?
Jingyi does not compete on lowest price. It is better suited to buyers who care about materials, finish, door structure, hardware, custom design and confirming how the door will be installed. Compare prices only when size, structure, specification, packing and scope of service are the same.
