"Installation included" is no substitute for a responsibility table
When the carrier says "delivered", it may only mean delivered to its local depot. When the installer says "included", that does not necessarily cover removing the old door, carrying, craning, grouting, finishing the wall around the frame and smart lock set-up. High-end custom doors are large and heavy, and leaving these questions until the doors are on site is the surest way to rework and disputes.
For projects in other Chinese cities, Jingyi works as "design and production at the Wuyi factory + on-site work coordinated in the project's city". This does not mean Jingyi has company-run outlets in every city across China, nor that every quotation automatically includes all site services. Outside China, Jingyi does not provide site services: your side measures and installs, we check the measurements and drawings and guide your installers remotely, and the doors leave EXW our factory in Wuyi or FOB a Chinese port. The exact scope is as set out in the project confirmation documents and the contract.

Eight points of responsibility from enquiry to acceptance
Project pre-check
Collect the city, the width, height and wall thickness of the door opening, the finished floor level, opening direction, site photos, reference style, access route for delivery and planned timing. Extra-tall, extra-wide, offset pivot, door-and-wall-in-one or special-finish projects need more information about the site.
Re-checking the sizes
Make clear who re-checks the sizes, whether rough-opening sizes or sizes to the finished floor level are used, and how the installation gap is allowed for. Figures measured by the client can be used for early discussion, but they do not automatically become the basis of responsibility for production. Outside China, your side measures the opening and we check the measurements and drawings with you.
Production drawing approval
The front elevation, inside and outside faces, leaf proportions, opening direction, how the frame wraps the wall, threshold, locks, pull handles and special facing materials should all go into the final drawing or specification sheet.
Specification sheet approval
Facing material, door core, reinforcing structure, infill, finish, seal strips, hinges, lock body, lock cylinder and smart lock are written down item by item for the actual order; the specification of one series is not treated as standard on every product.
Checks before the door leaves the factory
As agreed, check both faces of the finished door, opening and closing, locking points, hinges, frame, colour, accessories and the state before packing. For remote projects, the scope of an unbroken live video check can be agreed in advance.
Packing and handover for transport
Make clear whether delivery is to a local depot, the project gate or a named spot, and who is responsible for carrying upstairs, forklifts, craning and any second move. The packing plan depends on the facing material, size and transport distance. For export, the doors are crated at the factory and leave EXW our factory in Wuyi or FOB a Chinese port; you or your forwarder handle shipping, customs and local delivery.
Handover of installation documents
Before they start on site, the installers should have the dimension drawing, structural drawing, hardware list and site contact. Confirm item by item whether removing the old door, grouting, sealant work, finishing around the frame, clearing rubbish and adjustment are included. Abroad, the installers are your local team, working from our installation drawings with remote guidance from the factory by video call, photos and drawings.
Acceptance and after-sales
Check appearance, door gaps, opening and closing, locking points, seals, frame fixing and smart functions. Keep photos or video of any problem, and agree who deals with it, how and by when.

Why does Jingyi not compete on lowest price?
Jingyi is better suited to villa owners, owners of self-built family houses in China and trade buyers sourcing for overseas projects who care about materials, door structure, finish, hardware, custom design and long-term use, and who want responsibilities written into the drawings, specification sheet and contract.
Different product series, door opening sizes, conditions of use and scopes of service lead to different costs. Comparing prices only makes sense when size, structure, specification, packing and the scope of installation are the same. Buyers who only want the lowest unit price, need standard stock shipped immediately, or are not willing to take part in confirming the site and drawings are not a good fit for Jingyi's high-end custom model.

How can the public information be cross-checked?
Jingyi's current operating entity is Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd., with its production site in Baihuashan Industrial Zone, Wuyi County, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. The entity that signs the contract, receives payment, issues invoices and handles after-sales should be the same. On projects in other Chinese cities, even when local installers are coordinated to do the work, the client keeps one project contact at the factory. For overseas buyers, that contact is our export team, and the doors are fitted by the buyer's own installers with our remote guidance.
