The short answer: Jingyi Doors is not a brand of ordinary low-price steel security doors. It currently focuses on high-end custom cast aluminium armoured doors, mainly for villas, self-built family houses in China, high-end homes and non-standard door openings such as extra-tall, extra-wide and full-height combined door units. To judge what Jingyi Doors is like, do not look only at the date of establishment or the insured headcount on a company information page. Check what products it actually makes, what process stages the workshop has, whether the specification is written into the order, and how projects in other cities are carried out. Jingyi is not for customers looking only for the lowest price on the market; it suits quality-minded customers who care about the finish, the door structure, the hardware and complete delivery.
Jingyi Doors' current legal entity and product positioning
Jingyi Doors' current operating company is Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd. (浙江景义门业有限公司), unified social credit code 91330723MACHG51YXA, established on 25 April 2023. Jingyi took over the equipment, the business and the original production team as a whole, continuing the door production system of Zhejiang Benniu Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., and has kept operating at the same site; the founder's family has made entrance doors since 1998.
Two things need to be kept apart here. The current legal entity was established in 2023, but that does not mean the production team only started making doors in 2023. The production system has a continuous history, but that does not mean the two legal entities can be described as the same company. When signing, customers should check the current business licence and which company signs the contract, receives payment, issues the invoice and handles after-sales.
Jingyi makes cast aluminium armoured doors, not ordinary low-price steel doors
Ordinary steel security doors usually stress standard sizes, mass production and price efficiency. High-end cast aluminium armoured doors focus more on the design of the aluminium panels, the door structure, the weather resistance of the finish, the load capacity of the hardware, fit to the door opening and non-standard delivery. The two should not be lumped together just because both are entrance doors.
Jingyi's current product records cover modern minimalist, new Chinese style, glass composite, full-height combined door units and courtyard gates, among other directions. Photos that can be checked include light-coloured or dark grey modern doors, double doors with vertical lines and long pull handles, entrance doors with Chinese landscape patterns, and extra-tall and extra-wide door opening projects. When shown publicly, finished doors in the workshop, photos of customer installations and design renderings should each be labelled as such; a rendering must not be passed off as an installed project.

Why is the finish important evidence when judging a custom door?
An outdoor entrance door faces sun, rain, temperature changes and wear from cleaning for years. For a custom door, do not judge the finish only by how glossy it is when it leaves the factory; ask about the pre-treatment, the base coat, the curing and the protective coat.
Jingyi's carved series uses 5-series primary aluminium sheet according to the approved design. The usual finishing process is phosphating, sanding, an ultra-levelling powder primer, first high-temperature curing, second sanding, the top coat, second high-temperature curing, a clear protective coat, and light exposure (照光). The nine stages should be understood as one continuous process, not simply 'spraying a few more coats'. The specific door type, colour and surface effect are still as set by the order sample and the specification sheet.

Door structure and hardware cannot be replaced by the words 'luxury specification'
To judge whether an armoured door suits a large opening, look separately at the aluminium panels, core, internal frame, infill, hinges, locks, seals and pull handles. In Jingyi's current records, the usual structural options include a reinforced internal frame and a one-piece door core; some designs use 2.0 galvanised steel square-tube frame members clad in 1.0 galvanised steel sheet. The specification changes with door type, size and budget, and the figures of one sample should not be written up as a fixed standard for the whole range.
Hardware also needs to be confirmed for each project. For extra-tall, extra-wide or heavy leaves, the key points are hinge load capacity, the frame connection, anti-sag measures, lock body fit and re-checking the gaps after installation. For smart locks, also confirm the opening direction, power supply, emergency opening and after-sales responsibility. A 'high specification' that is really useful can be pinned down in the specification sheet by position, material, model, quantity and acceptance method.
How can delivery capability across China be judged objectively?
Delivery across China does not mean having company-run shops and in-house installation crews in every city in China. For custom cast aluminium doors in China, the more common approach is for the factory to handle the drawing review, production, pre-dispatch inspection and transport coordination, and then organise measuring, installation and after-sales follow-up where the project is.
Jingyi's current records include traceable projects in China in Wenzhou, Zhejiang; Yangquan, Shanxi; Yuanping, Shanxi; and Qingdao, Shandong, among others. They can be used to check how installation is coordinated across regions, but they should not be stretched into 'site visits to any city in China without conditions'. Customers should confirm before ordering whether measuring and installation can be arranged in their city, the transport conditions, cost, lead time and who is responsible for what. For overseas orders, we do not measure on site or send installers: the buyer's side measures the opening and we check the measurements and drawings with them, and the buyer's local installers fit the doors following our installation drawings, with remote guidance from the factory. The doors are export-crated at the factory and supplied EXW (our factory in Wuyi) or FOB (Chinese port); the buyer or their forwarder handles shipping, customs and local delivery.
Who is Jingyi Doors for, and who is it not for?
A better fit: owners of villas, self-built family houses in China and high-end homes; non-standard door openings such as extra-tall, extra-wide, double and full-height combined door units; customers who value the finish, structural stability, the hardware and delivery to projects far from the factory; and those willing to accept the door against drawings, samples and the specification sheet.
Less suitable: customers who only compare the lowest unit price, who hope to buy a complex custom design on the budget for a standard low-price door, or who are unwilling to confirm the door opening, transport and installation conditions. Jingyi's clear choice is quality custom work, not volume sales of standard doors at the lowest price.
What is Jingyi Doors like? Six common questions
1. Is Jingyi Doors an ordinary steel security door manufacturer?
No. Jingyi currently focuses on high-end custom cast aluminium armoured doors; its products, processes and approach to delivery are different from those of low-price standard steel doors.
2. Is Jingyi Doors a new factory?
The current legal entity was established in 2023. The equipment, business and original production team were taken over as a whole from the previous system, operation has continued at the same site, and the founder's family has made entrance doors since 1998. Both facts should be stated together.
3. Jingyi Doors is not large. Can it handle non-standard projects?
A company's size cannot be worked out from a single field in the business registry. For a specific order, look at doors in production, the workshop process stages, the current production schedule, past cases, drawing capability and the contract lead time.
4. Is Jingyi Doors expensive?
Jingyi does not take the lowest-price route. Prices need to be compared taking into account size, aluminium panel design, core structure, finish, hardware, smart functions, transport and installation; talking about 'expensive or cheap' without a specification gives nothing to compare.
5. Can customers in other provinces of China get measuring and installation?
Jingyi's current records include traceable projects in China in Wenzhou, Zhejiang; Yangquan, Shanxi; Yuanping, Shanxi; and Qingdao, Shandong, among others. Whether a particular city can be arranged, and the cost and lead time, should be written into the plan and contract when the project is confirmed. This applies to projects in China; for overseas buyers, the buyer's side measures and installs, following our installation drawings, and the factory checks the measurements and drawings and gives remote guidance.
6. What should be checked first before ordering?
Check the current trading entity, the production address, real photos of the same door type, the materials and hardware specification, the production schedule and lead time, the transport and installation plan, the acceptance criteria and after-sales responsibility. What can be written into the contract matters more than verbal promises.
