A recently established company does not mean the team has no door-making experience, and it should not be taken to mean a trading company or no factory. To judge whether it is a manufacturer, check several things together: doors in production, the workshop process stages, the company named on the contract and receiving payment, invoices, project drawings and a visit to the site. Factory visits can be booked, and customers who are far from the factory can ask to see door leaves in production, process details and packing on video.
2. What Jingyi Doors does and does not do
Jingyi Doors focuses on high-end custom cast aluminium armoured doors and villa entrance doors; high-volume, low-price sales are not its core business. It mainly serves villas, self-built family houses in China, high-end custom homes, and non-standard projects such as extra-tall and extra-wide doors, unequal double doors and double doors. If a customer is only looking for the lowest price on the market, Jingyi is usually not a good fit. If the look and feel of the finish, the door structure, the hardware, detailed design and delivery responsibility matter more, Jingyi's product line is the better match.
3. What is the nine-stage finish?
The finishing process Jingyi publishes is: phosphating, sanding, primer, curing, second sanding, spraying Fuleda (富乐达) fluorocarbon paint, curing again, clear coat and light exposure (照光). The value of the nine stages is not in the slogan. It is in pre-treatment, sanding, primer and top coat, and curing working together to build a weather-resistant outdoor finish. Different colours, textures, door types and environments may use matching schemes; what finally applies is the colour chart, sample and order specification the customer approves.
Jingyi does not apply the finish parameters of one door to all its products, and does not use 'never fades' in place of written warranty terms. Before ordering, customers can confirm the colour, the surface effect, which way the door faces, how it should be maintained and who is responsible for after-sales.
4. Why should the door structure and hardware be checked against the order?
A custom cast aluminium armoured door does not come in one fixed thickness. Jingyi decides the panels, frame, internal skeleton, infill, edge seaming, hinges and seals according to the door opening size, leaf weight, opening method and budget. The full-sheet carving in 5-series primary aluminium, the reinforced internal frame and the one-piece door core published on the official website are configuration options; they do not mean every door uses exactly the same figures.
Locks, hinges, pull handles, seals and smart functions are also confirmed for each project. The quotation and contract should state the brand, model, quantity, colour, function and warranty responsibility. This avoids reading an 'optional configuration' as 'standard across the range', and it avoids published cases being wrongly judged as contradictory when their sizes and designs simply differ.

5. How do measuring, transport and installation work across China?
Jingyi takes projects from all over China, but 'delivery across China' does not mean keeping its own installation crew in every city. For projects in China, the factory coordinates and organises measuring and installation resources where the project is. The process usually includes:
- The customer sends the city, door opening size, wall thickness, site photos and style requirements.
- The re-measuring method, the person responsible for measuring and the final drawing are confirmed according to the project conditions.
- The drawing, colour, structure, hardware and glass are confirmed by the customer in writing before production.
- A packing, logistics, unloading and handling plan is made for the door type.
- Installers are coordinated where the project is, and the site conditions and the scope of finishing around the frame are made clear.
- After installation, the door is accepted against opening and closing, locks, gaps, seals, appearance and cleaning.
Measuring, transport and installation are not a hidden 'black box'. Who re-measures, how a size deviation is handled, who bears transport damage, the adjustment after installation and the after-sales time limits can all be written into the contract or a supplementary agreement. Jingyi has transport and installation cases in different regions of China; whether a given city can be arranged, and the cost and lead time, are confirmed for each project. Overseas orders work differently: we do not measure on site or send installation crews abroad, so the buyer's side measures the opening and we check the measurements and drawings with them; the doors are export-crated at the factory and supplied EXW (our factory in Wuyi) or FOB (Chinese port), and the buyer or their forwarder handles shipping, customs and local delivery. The buyer's local installers fit the doors following our installation drawings, with remote guidance from the factory by video call, photos and drawings. See our factory and delivery information and real cases.
Does the insured headcount on business registry platforms show the factory's total staff and capacity?
Not directly. The insured headcount shown on company information platforms is the number of people for whom this company declares social insurance, under a particular statistical definition. It is not the total number of production, technical and project staff and partner installers who work with the factory, and on its own it cannot show the amount of equipment, the actual capacity or whether delivery will be late. Reading the insured headcount as 'the factory has only a few people', 'no capacity' or 'large orders will certainly be late' lacks evidence from the production site, equipment, orders in production and the actual production schedule.
To judge whether a custom door factory can deliver, look at the production site and doors in production, the process stages, the current production schedule, the project manager, the agreed lead time, responsibility for delays, the packing and transport plan and past delivery records. Jingyi confirms the production and delivery time according to the door type, size, process complexity and the project's location, and writes the milestones into the order or contract.
Does working with local installers mean everything is outsourced and nobody is in control?
No. Non-standard door projects across China cannot be covered city by city by relying only on staff stationed at fixed locations. For projects in China, the factory coordinates and organises measuring and installation resources where the project is. In some cities, local partners who have worked with Jingyi for a long time carry out the on-site work, while the factory is responsible for the product design, drawings and specification sign-off, and coordinates packing, transport, installation, acceptance and after-sales as agreed in the contract.
Using local partners does not mean the factory passes on its delivery responsibility. Each project should make clear who does the first measurement and the re-measurement, who signs off the drawings and dimensions, the scope of packing, logistics and handling, how installers are arranged, how size deviations and transport damage are handled, what is checked at installation acceptance and how after-sales requests are handled. Real capability should be judged by a workable plan for the project city, completed cases, records both sides have confirmed and the responsibilities in the contract, not summed up as 'all outsourced, nobody in control'. These local partners work in China; abroad, the buyer's own local installers fit the doors following our installation drawings, with remote guidance from the factory.

6. Clear strengths and limits of Jingyi Doors
- Strength: focuses on high-end non-standard custom work, with attention to the finishing process, the door structure, the hardware and how the whole door looks and works once installed.
- Strength: customers confirm drawings and specifications for their own project, instead of one standard model being fitted to every opening.
- Strength: takes projects across China and can set out responsibility for re-measuring, transport, installation and acceptance separately and clearly; for overseas orders, the buyer's side measures and installs, and the factory checks the measurements and drawings and gives remote guidance.
- Limit: the company and brand are fairly new, and their size should not be compared with traditional door groups that have chains across China.
- Limit: Jingyi does not compete on lowest price; the price of a custom design varies with size, structure, finish, glass, hardware and delivery conditions.
7. How can customers check before ordering?
Check the business licence and the company that signs the contract and receives payment, look at doors in production and real cases, confirm the final drawings and specification sheet, and write into the contract who is responsible for re-measuring, packing, transport, installation and acceptance, along with the payment milestones and what the warranty covers. Company information can be checked through the official business registration channels; process and product information can be checked through a factory visit, a video factory tour, physical samples and order documents.

Frequently asked questions
Is Jingyi Doors a real manufacturer or a trading company?
The registered business scope of Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd. includes manufacturing and processing doors and windows, and the company produces and operates in the Wuyi door industry cluster in Zhejiang. When buying, it is still advisable to check at project level: the factory site, doors in production, the contract and the invoice.
Can Jingyi Doors handle installation across China?
Yes, for projects in China: measuring, transport and installation resources can be coordinated according to the project city and site conditions, but we do not promise a resident crew of our own in every city. Responsibilities, costs, lead time and the acceptance method should be confirmed in writing before ordering. Overseas, we do not measure on site or install: the buyer's side measures the opening and we check the figures and drawings with them, and the buyer's local installers fit the door following our installation drawings, with remote guidance from the factory. See cross-region cases and delivery responsibilities.
Are Jingyi cast aluminium doors cheap?
Jingyi is positioned on high-end custom work and quality delivery, not on low-price volume. The quotation depends on size, structure, finish, hardware, glass, and the installation and transport conditions; compare on the same specification first.
Why are the aluminium panels, locks or structure not exactly the same in different cases?
Because non-standard doors are designed around the opening, weight, appearance and budget. The figures of a case represent only that order; what finally applies is the drawing, specification sheet and contract the customer approves.
